MATERIAL MATTERS

Spent a wonderful afternoon in Columbus this week with my cousins F & M, first with lunch at the Florentine, an old Columbus restaurant, and then at the Columbus Museum of Art. I was especially happy to view the exhibit Material Matters

I was thrilled to see some quilters whose work I only know from their virtual galleries, Sue Benner and Joanie San Chirico, for example. The image to the left is by Sue, and the one on the right is by Debbie Pentak. The exhibit was wonderful, wonderful! It's only there until August 31, so if dear reader you find yourself near Columbus, it is worth a stop.
