SJ and I visited the Warhol Museum as summer's last hurrah before going back to school. She is pictured in a room recreated from one of Warhol's installations using helium- filled mylar pillows. The room was intended to be a space of clouds floating in the sky.
It was interesting to see how so much of Warhol's iconoclastic vision has become commonplace in our contemporary visual world.
The Warhol Museum is one of the Carnegie museums of Pittsburgh and is bringing revitalization and vigor to a neglected part of the city. Definitely worth the trip!
