BHRT

BHRT

(The above link is the site of my local compounding pharmacy and its educational section on bioidentical hormone replacement theracy.)

I truly thought that I was going crazy, or senile, or that quite possibly I was turning into a rutabaga. I have been having these thoughts progressively for the past 2 years. Now, I am beginning to name my foggy thinking, my forgetfulness, my inertia, my weight gain. Estrogen dominance and adrenal fatigue.

Last Monday, February 21 I began using compounced creams, progesterin and DHEA, and am already seeing some improvement--my short term memory is coming back! and this past week I did NOT sit on the couch all night being despondent. I actually did laundry, quilted, and went to the gym. Then there were the three pounds that I lost! I'm believing in "that little dab'l do ya'." I will report on my progress from time to time.
